| Definitionskos:definition | A vocabulary of physiographic terms used by Harris et al (2014:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.margeo.2014.01.011) to map the macroscale shape and geology of the seabed. Many of these terms have been retained by the International Seabed Geomorphology Mapping Working Group (ISGM-WG) in this PHYISOGRAPHY vocabulary, and some have been shifted into either Part 1 Morphology or Part 2 Geomorphology vocabularies, as indicated (Part 1 Morphology: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4071940; Part 2 Geomorphology:https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7804019). This vocabulary comprises one of four linked ISGM-WG vocabularies. |
